Raspberry Basil Gin Fizz

1.5 oz Gin/ Vodka
1 tbps raspberries, fresh or frozen
2-3 fresh basil leaves
Peach lemonade
Sparkling water

In a tumbler, measure out your gin and mull your frozen raspberries and fresh basil together. Next, fill your glass up half way with peach lemonade, and top off with sparkling water. Place in an ice cube or two, gently stir and serve.

Elderflower Peach Sangria

½ cup vodka
½ cup elderflower liquor
1 bottle of white wine
1 lemon, sliced
Fresh strawberries, sliced
1 orange, sliced
1 cup peaches, frozen
Rosemary, small sprig
Fresh ginger, small chunk
2+ cups peach juice

In a large pitcher, combine your wine, elderflower liquor and vodka together. Stir to combine. Next, add in your fresh fruit and mull. If time allows, let this mixture sit fuse together by letting it sit in the fridge. When you’re ready to serve, add in your peach juice and stir. Pour into individual glasses and garnish glasses with a peach wedge on the rim.

Serves 4-6
